Around here, we love campfires with the family.
Of course, along with campfires comes great food!
This is originally a campfire meal, but we make it year round in the oven or on the grill.
It only takes a few minutes to put together.
Put portion sizes of Thousand Hills Grazing ground beef (flatten a little bit), potatoes, carrots, onions, etc in aluminum foil.
Add salt, pepper and any other spices you want (I used thyme in the picture)
Wrap each portion in it's foil and place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or grill on low for about 1 hr.
Or have a campfire night and take some time to enjoy time together as a family and the extra flavor a campfire adds to any meal.
